Compress Image to 50 KB online

Job applications, scholarships and ID uploads often ask for an image of 50 KB or less. Add your photo, keep 50 KB selected and click Compress.

The StatusKing Image Compressor works in your browser. Your pictures are not uploaded, so it is private and quick, and it is free with no sign-up.

How to do it

  1. Add your pictures: drag them in or click Browse Files.
  2. Check the file size limit (50 KB) or change it to the number your form asks for.
  3. Click Compress All, then use Before / After to check the result.
  4. Download each picture, or all of them with Download All.

Tips

  • If your form also asks for exact pixels, set them in the Resize boxes before you compress.
  • Crop out empty space first: a tighter photo needs fewer bytes for the same face size.
  • Check the Before / After view to see that the face and text are still clear.
